well, yes, i do.

Simply put, Rise Against is the best punk rock band, ever.

They somehow manage to convey a huge amount of energy and feeling without screaming so much they cant be understood..
And another thing about them is what they sing about. Many songs are about personal things, like love or a place or what they had for lunch [ peanut butter jelly time XP i HATE that song. some bohemian slaved for years and starved over a msterpiece and they never got famous, but some rapper sang about what he just ate and HE got famous. JEZZUB.]

anyways, many of those types of songs are perfectly great. Some of the greatest songs ever are that type. But the thing about those is that when you're in a bad mood, you can say "it doesn't concern me" and you could be perfectly right. However, RIse Against sings about things that affect every single person in America. Their whole goal is to 'rise against' the politicians that are killing our country. And although some of their songs are really obvious [ State of the Union, Black Masks and Gasoline ], a ton of their songs have the same message hidden deeper.

Rise Against should be a hell of a lot more popular than they are. I mean, you can say " Greenday" and everyone will know who it is, but these guys are a hell of a lot better than greenday.

You definalty cant judge them by listening to one, two, or three songs...
